What is a good website to buy small rodents such as chinchillas and hamsters?

I would encourage you to find a local breeder. Or if you are not looking to breed yourself, use a local shelter or petfinder.com

I would discourage buying any animal from the BIGBOX pet stores.

Do NOT buy online from just anyone... check them out and talk to them by phone - before you commit to anything visit them in person. What is a good website to buy small rodents such as chinchillas and hamsters?
do not buy them from petsmart. their suppliers are horrible to the animals. dont believe me go to peta and watch the video its not hard to find. if you have a locally owned pet store i would buy from themWhat is a good website to buy small rodents such as chinchillas and hamsters?
DONT buy them online! buy them in a pet shop where you can see what you are getting. buying pets oline is terrible! sorry i couldnt answer your question but i just really dont think you should ever buy an animal online! xx :)
I would suggest checking out your local Human Society, they have what your looking for and these animals are healthy,up to date with all vaccinations ,and need a good home!
petfinder.com shows pets you can adopt from local shelters around where you live, but you have to go to the shelters, you can't just buy an animal online

First, the PETA video IS NOT true, so disregard what was said about that.

However, DO NOT buy a chinchilla from a Pet Store because they do not know how to properly care for these exotic pets. Most come from Pet Mills and are usually sick.

Don't just buy from any person online. You should buy from a reputable breeder. If you e-mail me with where your located, including your zip code, I can give you links to a few breeders. I'm a breeder myself so I know of some really good breeders. Breeders handle their chinchillas daily so they will already be friendly and won't take as much to get them bonded to you. You will know the complete background of the chinchilla, but if you purchase from PetSmart or PetCo you won't know anything about that chinchilla.
