OMG, we bought our new house 2 years ago. We live out in the country in a huge subdivision but just started having this problem in our attic. We still dont know what it is. Whether it is a squirrel or mice. This place called Critter Control will be coming to our house this week. I don't trust putting the poison out because they may die and get into the walls or something.


Put a trap up there and see if that works.

If you have an electrical outlet up there, try an electronic pest controller. Make sure the outlet is a good one, and no insulation nearby. You poison them, they will die there, and stink up your house. I am amazed at how well those pest controllers work.
Truthfully any work, no matter what brand, but don't do that they will die up there and make your house stink, call an exterminator.
The first thing you must do is find out how they are getting in there. Fix this first, then start with the traps and poisons.
