you breed them and sell them either in the local newspaper or asking around or even selling to pet shops but remember because your breeding them privately they need to be slightly cheaper then the ones you get in the pet shop because the pet shops, people who read the newspaper or people you have asked will rather buy things cheaper also when you get the money you will need to keep a bit back to pay for food, bedding etc





remember its not just making money it giving rodents the chance to have a experience and responsibility to take care and love their young
The short answer is that you don't. Hobby breeders rarely break even, never mind make money. If you sell enough to pet stores to make any money, you need a USDA license which is an added cost. Most of the chains don't even buy from local breeders but rather have a contract with a national wholesaler
