Best way to introduce dog to new pet rodents?

I have a Pit Bull, but would love add some rats to my little family. Any advice on introducing my dog to some rats, and is it possible to keep her polite towards the little guys?

Anyone have experience with teaching hyper dogs to respect rats?Best way to introduce dog to new pet rodents?

LMAO!!!

F'r krissakes....ANY dog worth SPIT should KILL *EVERY* DISGUSTING VERMIN it CAN!!!

That's what they're FOR!

*I* teach terriers to locate %26amp; KILL VERMIN!!! PRAISE them for the great job when they're done...it only take a few seconds.

Rats REEK! Are FILTHY (shi* %26amp; piss CONSTANTLY) %26amp; ...thank goodness...die fast.
Baked to a Golden Brown,......slightly Basted,...and in a nice Stainless Steel Dog Bowl! Your Pit Bull will love your Rats.

If you don't want to go this route, buy a nice 4 ft. Minimum Boa or Python to keep the Rats company. The Constrictor would like your Rats and be very accepting of them.
Don't! A good friend got a new dog cause she had lost her favorite pooch (died). She also had a beautiful Grey (parrot). They were all in the computer room trying to become ';friends'; ...the grey was up on her high perch and the dog was looking up at the parrot...my friend turned to look at the screen for two seconds and the parrot was gone. That fast!

Sorry, I'm not joking.
yeah Dont. Keep the cage where your dog cant get to it. He will end up hurting them if they some how get loose in the house. Small fast thing running around = fun for your dog
Dog meet food.

Food meet dog..

Now all of you go and make nice nice..
