How do I get rid of rodents / pests in my attic?

I'm not against the idea of using chemicals/poisons; however, as I mentioned, these pests are in my attic. Any ideas on something I can use that will not pose a threat to myself?


My attic is not easily accessible, and I would prefer to not have to negotiate my way up there to set a trap. Any ideas on a quick fix?How do I get rid of rodents / pests in my attic?
We also had mice in our attic. The trust is, the best way is a good old fashioned trap. Also, see if they are getting in from the outside and block it off. Maybe a chimney or a hole they can get into? You can set the traps and slide it with a broom handle against the wall. If this is not possible, I would suggest an exterminator. If this is also not an option, then you just have to go up there and do it. It worked for us and no more mice. By the way - I love Pearl Jam!How do I get rid of rodents / pests in my attic?
buy a few dozen ferrets and put them up there and then let the games begin!
